Patrick Swayze Back To Work

Patrick battles on through Cancer ordeal...

Despite undergoing treatment for Pancreatic Cancer, Patrick Swayze is back at work.

On Sunday the Dirty Dancing star announced that he will continue in his lead role in A&E drama The Beast, which sees Swayze playing an unconventional FBI agent whose failures to play by the rules makes him a target for internal affairs.

"I have searched for quite a long time to find a character that is this multilayered, unpredictable and downright entertaining as well as a project this current and cutting-edged,"

Swayze announced he had been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in March, and has since then been undergoing treatment at the Stanford University Medical Centre.
