Sienna is waging war against the papers over half-naked yacht pictures

Sienna Miller is set to battle two British tabloids in court over a series of published photos which she believes are a breach of her privacy.

The pictures show scantily clad Sienna on a yacht with alleged new love Balthazar Getty and were published just days after the millionaire oil heir denied the pair were in a relationship.

Miller is suing News International, the company that owns the News of the World and The Sun, and Big Pictures in legal papers filed at London's High Court.

Earlier this week Getty confirmed he had split with his wife of 8 years, Rosetta, and referred to the pictures in question stating;

"In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further"

Miller's legal representative, Mark Thomson confirmed to the Media Guardian that he had issued fresh proceedings but stated: "Neither I nor my client will be commenting further."
