Monkeys Man Tops Chart

The Last Shadows Puppets top the album chart with their debut

The Last Shadow Puppets- Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turners side project- have had a great start to their career by topping the album chart. Their LP The Age Of Understatement went straight to number one in its first week of release.

Kooks Konk was knocked off the top spot. Miles Kane " who is a member of The Rascals- collaborated with Turner on the grandiose album. Its Alexs third chart topping album.

In the singles chart Madonna has scored a second week at number one with her comeback track 4 Minutes.

Sam Sparros Black And Gold rose up the top 10 again to number two while Wiley secured a massive hit with Wearing My Rolex- which debuted at number four.
