Bono and The Edge wont bring their show to the capital next year

U2 have told fans not to buy tickets to an advertised London residency next year- because it wont happen.
Some disreputable websites are touting gigs at the O2 Arena but the Irish group said on their website: There are no plans for live dates next year."
Bono and the gang are currently working on their next studio album with producers Rick Rubin and Brian Eno.
