U2 Announce Album Release

Bono, The Edge and the other two are back in March

U2 will release their new album No Line On The Horizon on March 2 2009.

Its the Irish rockers first album in nearly five years after they abandoned initial sessions with producer Rick Rubin.

Instead- for their twelfth record- the band hooked up with Brian Eno (who most recently worked on Coldplays Viva La Vida) and longtime collaborator Danny Lanois.

The bands last album was How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb which was released in 2004.

No Line On The Horizon was recorded around the world in Morocco, New York and Dublin.

Its also been reported that U2 will make $25 Million from selling shares in concert promoter Live Nation.
