Ashley Jensen Pregnant

After much speculation, Extras star Ashley Jensen has confirmed she is expecting her first child with husband and former Bill star Terence Beesley.

The actress first sparked rumours earlier this month when she was seen with a distinctly swollen belly as she walked her dog in a Los Angeles park.

A representative for the actress, who plays Christina McKinney in the hit ABC show Ugly Betty, confirmed the news to People, adding that Jensen is "excited".

She met Beesly while they were appearing together in a production of King Lear in London. The couple married in Big Sur, California, in a private ceremony in 2007.

Jensen confirmed that she was quitting Ugly Betty earlier this year, although co-star Becki Newton (Amanda Tanen) recently told gossip site Digital Spy that she was hopeful that the actress would return.
