A 12-year old boy is set to appear at a juvenile court later today...

A 12-year old boy has reportedly been charged for a [uuid=9f2c9208-1598-4132-8e36-0ea976149198]Ashton Kutcher.
Back in October 2012, police rushed to the Two And A Half Men actor's $3.6million pad after getting a call from a woman who said she was a victim of a violent robbery at the property.
At the time, [uuid=9f2c9208-1598-4132-8e36-0ea976149198]TMZ reported [/uuid]that the alleged victim sent a teletext emergency message to cops - normally used by people who are deaf or hard of hearing - stating she had locked herself in one of Kutcher's bathrooms after three gun shots were fired.
However, it later emerged that the crime was in fact a 'swatting' prank, with the Los Angeles Times now claiming that a 12-year old boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - has been accused of the hoax call.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office has confirmed that the youth faces two felony counts of making false bomb threats and two felony counts of computer intrusion when he appears Eastlake Juvenile Court today (February 8).
