Atomic Kitten, East 17 And All Saints Arena Tour Cancelled
Retro pop acts see the plug pulled on their forthcoming UK tour...
An arena tour featuring nineties and noughties pop acts such as Atomic Kitten and East 17 has been scrapped.
It was revealed today that the plug has unexpectedly been pulled on the eight-date tour of the UK, which had been set to take place in November.
All Saints, Let Loose, Big Brovaz and Ace Of Base singer Jenny Berggren were all set to appear on the tour, with Glasgow, Sheffield, Manchester and London's O2 among the venues it had been scheduled to visit.
But fans noticed that the shows were all listed as cancelled on Ticketmaster - and the ticket sales company confirmed the news via Twitter.
It wrote: "Yes, the tour has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, sorry. All affected customers will be contacted shortly!"
The tour had been organised by Tony Denton, the promoter behind the Once In A Lifetime and Here And Now retro-themed tours.
