Marvel superhero movie stars pose for snaps calling for cancer-stricken fan to see film...
The stars of Marvel Studios' Avengers franchise have posed for special photos in support of a dying fan.
Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans were among the famous faces who have backed Sofie Caldecott's bid to get her dying father Stratford an early copy of Captain America: The Winter Soldier on DVD.

Stratford is apparently a huge Marvel fan but is suffering from advanced prostate cancer and was unable to go to the cinema to see the sequel.
And the stars have been snapped holding up paper signs with their names or those of their characters and the tagline "#capforstrat".
RDJ and Chris Hemsworth teamed up for their picture, with Downey Jr writing on Twitter: "Thor and Iron Man got your back, Strat. #CapForStrat"
