The film, which stars Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter, tells the story of Natalie PortmanThe Golden Globes, The Social Network looks favourite to receive the Best Film gong, despite only being named on six categories overall.
After receiving the Golden Globe for Best Actor award, Colin Firth has also received a BAFTA nod for Leading Actor, where he will go head-to-head with Jesse Eisenberg, Javier Bardem, Jeff Bidges and James Franco.
Fresh from her own success at the Globes, Portman will be hoping to score another award for her lead role in Black Swan, as the BAFTA for Leading Actress will see her take on Hailee Steinfeld, Noomi Rapace, Annette Bening and Julianne Moore.
The 2011 Orange British Academy Film Awards is set to take place on 13th Februar at London's Royal Opera House.
