A Make-Up Artist Has Pioneered Eyebrow Art Inspired By Shrek
You'll never shine if you don't glow.
The most iconic animation in history has prompted a make-up artist to design eyebrow art inspired by the ogre, the myth, the legend, Shrek himself.
Anyone with an intense passion for all things Far Far Away will be impressed by the attention to detail a Sydney based MUA put into transforming her regular old eyebrows into works of art.
Let's get checking out whether a bunch of grown adults can pass a GCSE exam...
While it might look like she’s just covered her brows in green paste, Audrey Addams has actually drawn a tiny but fully-formed depiction of Shrek reclining all the way along her brow line.
The reasons for this are pretty self-explanatory. Because Shrek is great. Duh.
In an interview with Teen Vogue, the 21-year-old said: "Shrek has been a running joke in my group of friends for a few years now, and I do really love both the movies and the memes. It's gotten to the point where even my birthday party was Shrek themed and we all went to see Shrek the Musical together."
Admitting that her obsession with the movie has become “more and more ridiculous” over time, Audrey then spilled her secrets about how hardcore fans can replicate the look at home.
First, use NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk to sketch the outline of Shrek, then fill in the finer details with Ben Nye Crème Paints in green, black, and white. Set the whole thing with Sugarpill Pressed Eyeshadows, jazz up with green glitter, and get those lashes popping with an eyelash curler.
Yep, what a concept. We could use the little tool ourselves, and we could all use a little change.
