Customer Complaints Allege Kylie Jenner's Eyeshadow Palettes Are 'Giving People Headaches'
Apparently KyShadow is giving people 'chemical induced headaches'
Another day, another drama for Kylie Jenner, who is apparently facing some customer complaints alleging that the KyShadow eyeshadow palettes from her cosmetics line are giving some people 'chemical induced headaches'.
Needless to say this is a pretty serious claim and is apparently something that 15 customers noticed in the past two weeks when opening their new Royal Peach palettes from Kylie's line.
According to TMZ, those customers flagged this up to the Better Business Bureau and described the product as smelling of 'chemicals and glue'.
One said the product smelt so strongly that she was forced to leave it outside while another complains that the smell of the product caused 'a horrible headache'.
We all know Kylie cares a LOT about customer service and apparently Kylie Cosmetics were quick to investigate the complaints.
Anyone with the palette can sigh a breath of relief though as TMZ reckon that Kylie's company found it was an adhesive used in packaging that was causing the smell, apparently confirming to the BBB that it is indeed safe to use and should cause no harm to customers.
