Ariana Grande's Infamous Winged Eyeliner Is Created With A Mini Pizza Cutter
But not the kind you'd use on a margs, obvs.
Now that we all know how to recreate Ariana Grande’s infamous high and tight signature ponytail, it’s really about time we get to grips with her winged eyeliner.
Because how else are we going to fulfil our lifelong dream of calling ourselves Ariana Grande’s older and far less talented distant cousin? See, there’s really no other option.
Ari’s makeup artist Ashley K Holm recently revealed her tricks to get the perfect cat eye every time, and it involves a few key products that we’ll be buying immediately.
"I'm constantly switching up the brands and products I use, but right now I'm loving Smashbox Jetset Waterproof Eyeliner and Nudestix Rock N' Roller Eyeliner Ink," Holm, who also works with Kim and Khloé Kardashian, said in a new interview with Refinery29.
And as if it wasn’t exciting enough knowing the exact products that are used, the Nudestix ink is, in fact, a mini pizza cutter. Only without the cutting bit, because safety first obvs.
The design of said cutter means the rolling motion provides a guaranteed straight line, meaning your wings will look so sharp you could poke an eye out.
Just look at the teeny tiny device go:
But for when you’re not using the pizza cutter, Holm says to use an angled brush and making sure "the wing is angled upward towards the tail end of your eyebrows to lift the eyes up."
Brb, just off to practice our wings.
