Kylie Jenner's Makeup Artist Shares The Ultimate Hack For Not Overfilling Your Eyebrows
How to keep things intense but still natural.
When it comes to perfecting you brows, it can be hard to know when to stop to strike the perfect balance to get things looking on the natural side of polished.
Luckily Kylie Jenner's go-to makeup artist is here to help anyone with sparse eyebrows avoid the biggest mistake most of us make when filling them in.
With a full glam squad on call, Kylie never has an off day as far as her brows are concerned and to share the secret with us all, Kylie got makeup artist Ariel Tejada to reveal his top tricks over on her website.
Showing how it's done on Kylie's best friend Jordyn, Ariel explained that if you have sparse patches in your brows, you need to be careful not to overdo things when filling them in.
Instead of shading the entire eyebrow, he recommends that you focus solely on the areas that are visibly gappy so you don't get up with a the Scouse brow look.
"Some people get confused with eyebrows," he explains. "The overall objective is to fill in the sparse areas, not to fill in your entire brow."
So how do you get your brows on fleek AND nail the Cara Delevingne natural look?
The answer is to use a pencil to build up colour in small hair-like strokes on the sparse areas. Where you naturally have fulller brows, don't shade at all. You also don't want to create a singular line the whole way through the brow and again, just use small hair-like strokes around the edges for a slightly more intense but stil natural looking brow.
To finish up the brow Kylie herself has a very nifty trick involving concealer to make your eyebrows pop, which you can read about here.
