Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit Company Is In Trouble For Its Customer Service

While Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit line might be flying off the internet shelves at the speed of light, the company is facing some slightly more negative press this week after receiving the lowest possible rating for its services from the Better Business Bureau.
Yep, King Kylie has got herself an F and it's all because of issues raised in customer complaints that the bureau feels haven't been fully resolved.
There's no denying that the Lip Kits are killing it, but it's the 133 complaints raised to the BBB since the brand launched that have caused the business to receive this low ranking.
Of those 133 issues, 69 were related to delivery and 55 were related to "problems with product and service", while four are related to refunds and collections and five to advertising and sales issues. But it's not that there were issues that have caused Kylie's big F from the BBB, but the fact that they feel the problems have not been fully sorted out for the customers affected.
It's well documented that Kylie is aware of the dramas surrounding deliveries and she addressed the issue by changing up the packaging to stop people from nicking kits before they were fully delivered. Then there was that issue with the brushes in the glosses, which she was also quick to sort out after seeing tweets from unhappy customers.
But unfortunately this isn't enough for the BBB and as of June 23rd, they say in a new report that the "pattern of complaint allegations continues," meaning they are still seeing similar complaints on similar issues relating to the brand.
This follows from the BBB calling out the company in May after seeing "a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants alleged that packages ordered were not delivered or only partially full when received."
