Kylie Jenner Defends Her Lip Kit Line From Haters Dissing Product Standards
Kylie Jenner Hits Back At Better Business Bureau (BBB) After Her Lip Kit Company Is Criticised For Its Customer Service. Full story at MTV.co.uk
She might only be 18, but Kylie Jenner is already proving just how savvy a girl bo$$ she is with the major success of her Lip Kit Line.
But with every new business comes a few teething errors and following a spate of complaints about delivery and customer service for her business, Kylie Cosmetics, she was left with the lowest possible rating for quality of service from the Better Business Bureau this week.
It wasn’t just that there were complaints about the Lip Kits that got Kylie this failing grade and instead the BBB stated that in their eyes, the "pattern of complaint allegations continues," meaning they were still seeing similar complaints on similar issues relating to the brand. By not seeming to work to resolve issues, they saw her as failing to operate good customer service.
However, we all know Kylie has actually been quick to address delivery issues – which were actually due to people recognising the boxes and stealing them mid-delivery – by changing the design. Then there was the issue with the brushes of the glosses, something she also addressed after seeing complaints from fans on Twitter.
So it makes sense that Kylie was quick to address this rating and after speaking with the BBB, it seems that they’ve now adjusted the classification to show she is doing good business after all.
“You guys are the reason I keep going and I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy,” , Kylie writes in a statement shared on her website and social media. “Because so many of you spoke out, I'm excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating."
"I'm sick and tired of people coming for my business,” she adds. “I love everything about Kylie's Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy.
"I don't want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologise to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn't receive the service they deserve."
If that isn’t a sassy nail painting emoji to the the haters, we don’t know what is.
Yas Kylie, YAAAS.
