This Bella Hadid Approved Dyeing Hack To Turn Brunette Hair Blonde Using Glitter Is Everything
That's your festival hair sorted.
Here's how to be a good straight ally to the LGBTQ+ community during Pride...
Being a brunette is great, but we bet that at least a small part of you has sometimes wished you could see what you look like as a blonde. Unfortunately bleaching your hair is a major undertaking and a big risk - especially if you aren't sure whether white blonde is really a look for you, not to mention the physical damage the chemicals can do to the structure of your hair.
But now there is a sneaky way to get around this issue by swapping the dye for glitter and even better, it's totally Bella Hadid approved.
If you didn't know, the couture shows are currently happening over in Paris and that means that supermodel Bella Hadid has been walking for everyone from Dior to Fendi. It's the Maison Margiela show that's caught our interest though as the clever clogs team styling Bella's hair used some extreme wizardry to make us all think that she'd gone a honey shade of blonde for them.
Actually it wasn't wizardry at all and instead of going full Hermione Granger on Bella's head, stylist Eugene Souleiman used golden glitter to coat the roots and midlengths, creating a sort of backwards ombre effect.
In this case we're guessing they used some form of highly pigmented glitter gel to create the wet look, but you could totally try something similar with a chalk based metallic spray if you want the golden effect without the moisture.
