Nothing can stop Beyoncé, especially not her own ear. The ‘Hold Up’ singer was performing at the Tidal X 1015 concert alongside Nicki Minaj, Lauryn Hill and more last night (October 15), when the all-time MTV VMA winner noticed she was bleeding from her ear.

Observing the injury during a performance of her song ‘Haunted’, Beyoncé powered through not only the song, but also the rest of her performance.

Beyoncé also took a moment to speak about the US Election, which has become particularly negative and bleak in recent weeks. The singer took a moment to urge people to vote in November and “to get in formation”. You can check out her full speech below:

In other news, Beyoncé, along with her sister Solange, have made music history. The pair are the first sisters to ever claim the top spot on the Billboard 200 as solo artists. The only other siblings to achieve this were Michael and Janet Jackson along with brothers Master P and brother Silkk The Shocker - but Beyonce and Solange are the first to hold the sister record.
