Beyoncé Cuts Short ITV Show After Losing Voice
She was at ITV studios taping a special to be aired later this year…
Beyoncé was forced to cut short a TV special after she began losing her voice.
The Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) chart-topper was midway through the performance at ITV studios in London on 14 July when her voice began breaking.
According to WENN, she managed to sing several hits, including Crazy In Love, Halo and Irreplaceable, before deciding she couldn’t continue. After apologising to the audience, Beyoncé got them to help her sing the chorus from Countdown, from her new album 4. She then apologised again, blamed her poor voice on her lack of rest, and left the stage.
A Night With Beyoncé will air on ITV in the winter.
The Run The World (Girls) superstar has been enjoying her time in Blighty and recently splashed out £9,000 in a 90-minute shopping spree.
According to reports, she is also quite taken by British soaps and has been watching EastEnders and Coronation Street while she’s here. "Beyoncé finds the accents on EastEnders really funny," a source told The Sun. "She spends half the time mimicking what they're saying in her fake British accent."
