Queen B says she's 'excited' to be working with the network...
Destiny's Child star has now announced a collaboration with the US network, saying in a statement: "HBO has a history of pushing every boundary with class and authenticity.
"Some of my favourite shows are on HBO, so I am excited that my film will be part of its bold programming. This film was so personal to me, it had to have the right home."
Michael Lombardo, HBO president of programming, said: "Everybody knows Beyoncé's music, but few know Beyoncé the person.
"Along with electrifying footage of Beyoncé onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamour to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman."
During the film, the 31-year old "reflects on the realities of celebrity, the refuge she finds onstage and the transcendent joy of becoming a mother last year."
Bey's documentary is set to air on 16th February 2013, just thirteen days after her eagerly anticipated Super Bowl half-time performance.
