Beyonce has visited two fans who ended up in hospital thanks to fireworks at one of her shows.

The bootylicious diva was down at ER in Missouri on Sunday after two concertgoers suffered minor injuries because of pyrotechnics hitting them.

Knowles has put a statement on her website saying: "I visited the two fans who were injured in hospital right after the show and I am grateful that they will both be alright."
