Beyoncé & Jay-Z's Baby Makes US Chart History
Blue Ivy has become the youngest artist ever to feature in the countdown...
Her father Jay-Z's track Glory - which he released to mark the birth of his first child with Queen B - features Blue Ivy's cries, making her the youngest artist ever to appear in the countdown after the song charted at No.74.
The newborn, who has been dubbed B.I.C on the song, can be heard crying on the heartfelt tune - with reports claiming the sample was recorded just moments after she was born on Saturday, 7th January.
According to Billboard, Glory was the week's highest new entry on the R&B/Hip-Hop count, with 1.7million audience impressions across 54 radio stations.
In a spooky coincidence, the song was also Jigga's 107th entry on the countdown - corresponding with the date Blue Ivy was born.
Earlier this week, the track hit the headlines as Jay revealed in the lyrics that Beyoncé suffered a miscarriage before Blue Ivy was conceived. He also describes his daughter as his "greatest creation."
In other related news, Bey and the D.O.A hitmaker are reportedly hoping to become the first artists to shoot a music video in space.
