Alexis Jordan took their seats to see B blast out some of her biggest hits, as well as a few surprises.
Fresh from her headline stint at Glastonbury Festival, which she has since stated was the highlight of her career, Beyoncé was greeted with a roar of applause as her adoring audience welcomed her onto the stage.
Dressed in a canary yellow outfit, Bey opened the intimate show with her latest single, Who Run The World (Girls), before launching into several tracks from her new album 4, with her new single Best Thing I Never Had, End Of Time and 1+1 proving a hit with the crowd.
Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night was Bey's spectacular cover of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, which Knowles claimed she "ran out of time" to perform at Glasto.
Beyoncé finished off her magical show with a moving rendition of Halo, bringing the rather personal London gig to a perfect end.
As well as Knowles taking to the stage in Shepherds Bush, images of Beyoncé and "4" were projected onto the walls of Battersea Power Station, for all of London to see.
Who run the world? Clearly Beyoncé…
