Beyoncé, one of the few people on this planet that’s actually enjoying 2016, helped celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Country Music Awards with a secret performance of her song ‘Daddy Lessons’ with the Dixie Chicks. To help us all enjoy our Friday’s spent at work/uni/school, Beyoncé then released the video for ‘Daddy Lessons’.Obviously, it's really good.

The Weeknd's 2017 UK Areana Tour

The Weeknd is heading over to the UK in 2017! The new tour, which appears to be called 'Legend Of The Fall', will run for seven-dates to support the release of the Grammy Award winner's new album, 'Starboy.'

Abél Makkonen Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd, will kick off the tour in Manchester on March 5 2017, before heading to London, Glasgow and more. Check out the rest of the dates here.

Sampha announces debut album ‘Process’ and 2017 UK tour

We’re big fans of Sampha over at MTV. We’ve been supporting his new single, ‘Blood on Me’, across our playlists, and we’re pumped to see him announce the release of his debut, 'Process', which will be out February 3 2017.

If you’re not familiar with Sampha’s name, you’ve definitely heard his voice. He’s featured on tracks with Drake, Kanye West, SBTRKT & a lot more.

Sampha will also be heading out on a short UK tour in March to support 'Process'. Check the dates below.

Kanye West invited Alton Sterling’s son backstage after his L.A. gig this week

Alton Sterling, 37, was fatally shot by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on July 5. He was just selling CDs outside of a shop. The controversial killing was recorded by bystanders and made international news, sparking huge protests in the area and a request for a civil rights investigation.

Asreported by Mashable, the lawyer for the Sterling family posted a picture of Alton Sterling’s son, Cameron, backstage with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian after the ‘Black Skinhead’ rapper invited him back. Check out the photo below:
