If you’ve been waiting patiently for Biffy Clyro’s MTV Unplugged session, it’s so very nearly yours to own!

Recorded at London’s Roundhouse during MTV Music Week last November, Simon, James and Ben performed a spine-tingling set of entirely reversioned tracks from their back catalogue for the first time in front of a very lucky audience. Now you can be part of the magic too when the show airs on Friday 25th May at 9pm on MTV (Sky 126 / Virgin 134).

Following in the footsteps of other influential rock bands and artists who have previously performed Unplugged sessions like Nirvana, Oasis, R.E.M., George Michael and more, Biffy Clyro’s set was rich with Biffy faves including ‘Many Of Horror’, ‘Re-arrange’, ‘The Captain’, ‘Black Chandelier’ and many more.

It also features their stunning cover of the Beach Boys’ classic ‘God Only Knows’ plus a brand new song ‘Different Kind Of Love’.

The album, MTV Unplugged: Live At Roundhouse London, will also be released the same day on digital, CD/DVD and a special vinyl/CD/DVD boxset. Pre-orders are now available herewith the new Unplugged version of ‘Many Of Horror’ provided as an instant grat track download.

Everyone who pre-orders the album from the official Biffy Clyro store will subsequently receive a pre-sale code for the band’s MTV Unplugged tour which has also been revealed today and commences in September.

Biffy’s MTV Unplugged tour, will give those fans that couldn’t make the show last year a chance to see the rare, full-length acoustic set in magnificent surroundings. Tickets for the dates listed below will go on general sale from 11th May.
