Big Brother: Psychiatrist Called In For Shievonne
Show bosses concerned over housemate's 'suicide' remark...
A psychiatrist has reportedly been rushed to the Big Brother house after housemate Shievonne Robinson made a remark about being on "suicide watch".
The 29-year-old, who faces eviction this week, had show bosses worried after admitting she was "very depressed".
According to the Daily Star, a psychiatrist was called in to assess her mental state.
The paper reports that during a row with Deana, Shievonne said: "When I go low, I go low. I was crying hysterically.
"I've had the worst three days of my life. I've been on suicide watch."
But when she spoke to the psychiatrist, Shievonne admitted her comment was 'flippant' and denied she had any intention of harming herself.
A BB spokesperson later told the Daily Star: "Channel 5 takes its duty of care towards all housemates very seriously.
"We are satisfied that Shievonne can continue to participate in the show."
This year's series of the reality TV show has cause plenty of controversy, with Ofcom receiving more than 1,000 complaints about 'bullying' by Conor McIntyre.
