Celebrity Big Brother 'Start Date Leaked'
Next celeb show reported to be starting two days after normal show ends...
The start date for the new series of Celebrity Big Brother is expected to be Wednesday, 15 August - just two days after the current series of Big Brother ends.
Digital Spy has reported the launch date for the year's second series of CBB, with broadcaster Channel 5 seeming keen to capitalise on the success of the series broadcast earlier this year with Denise Welch, Frankie Cocozza and Michael Madsen.
Celebs lined up for the forthcoming series are expected to include Duane Chapman (aka Dog The Bounty Hunter), ex-EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison, MC Harvey, Danica Thrall from the documentary Sex, Lies And Rinsing Guys and Jasmine Lennard, a model who was linked to Simon Cowell.
Camp comedian Julian Clary and Coronation Street icon Julie Goodyear are two other relatively big names tipped to take part.
Having two "seasons" of a reality show each year is commonplace in the US, but a relatively new phenomenon on this side of the pond.
The new series is expected to run for 23 days.
There are rumours of a double eviction twist in this week's normal BB.
