Actor named the public's favourite, with Audley Harrison a runner-up...
Gary Busey was crowned the winner of this year's Celebrity Big Brother last night (12 September).
The Hollywood actor was voted the public's favourite ahead of Audley Harrison, who finished as runner up in the reality show's live final.
Speaking to Emma Willis after exiting the house, Busey said he was surprised to have been chosen as the winner.
"It's a feeling of surprise and honour," he told the CBB host.
The star added that his win was "a tribute to my love for this country," adding: "I am a Brit."
Boxer Audley Harrison said he was "very happy" to come second in his post-exit interview.
"I said I'd be very happy if I finished in the top three", he told Willis.
When asked if he had a game plan, the fighter admitted: "My strategy was to be myself, because I'm a nice guy."
Former Strictly Come Dancing dancer James Jordan came in third place, as Gogglebox funnyman George Gilbey finished fourth.
The final two female contestants, B*witched's Edele Lynch and White Dee from Channel 4's Benefits Street finished sixth and fifth place respectively.
The talk of the night surrounded the footage showing Edele and George sharing a kiss under the covers from the night before, which the pair laughed off in their exit interviews.
While the singer said the kiss was "friendly", George said: "Edele is lovely. We'd been cuddle buddies for a little while."
