Taylor Swift, Maroon 5 and fun. have led the way in the nominations for theBillboard Music Awards - earning 11 nods apiece.
Swift and Maroon 5 have both been nominated in the Top Artist category - in which they will face-off against Rihanna, One Direction and Justin Bieber for the prize.
Meanwhile fun. have been nominated for the Top Hot 100 Song category for their breakthrough hit We Are Young - and have also got nods in the Top Hot 100 Artist and Top Duo/Group categories, amongst others.
Rihanna was hot on the heels of those three acts, garnering 10 nominations herself.
And Carly Rae Jepsen was not far behind with nine noms - including one for her hugely popular single Call Me Maybe.
One Direction had to make do with a mere eight nominations.
The awards show will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on 19 May.
