Baby: "I Just Think Right Now We're So Great..."

Co-founder of Cash Money Records, also known as Birdman, has opened up about his record label outlasting its competition from the 1990's, which includes Jay-Z'sDMX's Ruff Ryders Interscope imprint.

Baby feels that the reason why his company is still around is simply due to the fact that the work ethic and ability to spot talent from early has really helped along the way.

He told Lil Wayneand what we've accomplished. You see the hunger that Drake and all the rest of those little n**gas have because they're reaching for those stories. We work like n**gas who never made a dollar and I think that's impressive to them. That makes them go harder. Those little n**gas got promising futures."
