Blac Chyna Is Taking The Kardashians To Court Over 'Loss Of Earnings'
Blac Chyna is about to get her day in court with the Kardashian/Jenner clan, as a judge has refused to throw out the lawsuit Chyna has filed against them.
The model is coming for Rob Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashians, including Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, due to claims they plotted to have E! cancel her reality show ‘Rob & Chyna.’
Chyna’s lawyer took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce that the court has “rejected the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit,” and a trial date will be set “next month.”
Bloom also spoke on how only "six paragraphs out of a 317 paragraph complaint” were taken out of the lawsuit, "most important, all of Chyna's legal claims stay in. Chyna will, therefore, be permitted to have her day in court."
"We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings," she added. "We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna's rights at trial."
Although the attorney, Shawn Holley, representing the Kardashian family in this dispute has spoken to Entertainment Tonight, saying: “The Bloom Firm’s tweet is not an accurate statement of what happened in court today.”
“In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in today’s hearing,” he added. “A hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence."
Chyna’s dispute stems from a claim that she suffered “significant damages” in 2017 after Rob took to Twitter in order to leak her nudes. He accused her of cheating on him and abusing drugs and alcohol.
The lawsuit laid out claims thatthe “Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show [Rob & Chyna].”
The suit also alleged that she was verbally and physically assaulted by Rob – claims which he has denied.
