If Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have chosen a name for their new daughter, they’re not telling just yet! But we do know one thing for sure - her name is definitely not Violet.

[related]Speaking to USA Today, Reynolds set the record straight regarding recent baby name rumours.

When asked if she would be called Violet, he replied: "No, that's not the name. I don't want to get into that but I don't know where that came from."

Speaking about his experiences of fatherhood, he said: "It's still so new that it's hard to conceive being away for more than seven hours at a time.

"I had to go to Sundance this last week. I was more excited to get a good night's sleep. It was borderline pornographic for me. I don't sleep very much. It's great. It's wonderful. But my brain is elsewhere."

Reynolds and Lively got together after appearing in Green Lantern and tied the knot in September 2012. Lively gave birth to the couple's first child just before New Year.
