A very pregnant Blake Lively hit the ninth annual Women Of Worth Awards in New York last night (December 3) - with the actress revealing that when she was growing up, there was only one Dirrty singer she wanted to look like!

Ryan Reynold's wifey stated: "You know, the woman that I am honouring tonight Brittany Wenger who created an app to help detect cancer. 99% accuracy at 16-years-old.

"I mean that's...at 16-years-old I was just like getting spray tanned and trying to look like Christina Aguileraso it's just you know pretty cool to be in that company. Humbling."
