The rumour mill went into overdrive today with sources reportedly telling OK! magazine the blonde beauty was "rocking a little paunch — maybe the tiniest of baby bumps."

But the Gossip Girl actress' rep has since told entertainment website Gossip Cop: “The story is 100% false. Blake is not pregnant.”

Though the rumours may be unfounded this time, Blake's man Ryan has already expressed his desire to start a family.

In an interview in the current issue of Details magazine he reveals: "We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families—my parents did four, Blake's did five.

"A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know? We'll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think."

Lively and Reynolds began dating in 2011 after meeting on the set of The Green Lantern and married a year later.
