New Inglourious Basterds Footage
See Brad Pitt in Taratino’s hotly anticipated war epic…
'Inglourious Basterds’ is one of the most eagerly anticipated movies of 2009, alongside ‘Public Enemies’, ‘Harry Potter’ and (for us at least) Spike Jonze’s ‘Where The Wild Things Are’.
We’ve got some behind the scenes footage that shows Quentin in his natural surroundings, chanting in unison with his crew “Why? Because we love making movies!". The package also features some extended clips from the movie.
Taratino’s film may be set in during World War II but the director has stressed that the project will be based on a spaghetti western formula with some second world war iconography thrown in, the title and plot have been inspired by Enzo Castellari's 1978 movie Inglorious Bastards.
The cast alone has been the topic of quite a lot of interest with the lead roles being handled by the likes of Brad Pitt, Samuel L Jackson, Mike Myers and Eli Roth to name but a few.
QT is set to debut the film this year at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival in May.
