Bradley Cooper "Absolutely Loved" American Sniper Role
B-Coop reveals he thrived when it came to playing real-life US Navy SEAL, Chris Kyle...
The hunky actor plays real-life US Navy SEAL Chris Kyle in the movie, with Cooper tell AP that he thoroughly enjoyed sinking his teeth into the character.
The 40-year old admitted he felt "massive responsibility" when it came to portraying Kyle, stating: "I've never played, except for Joseph Merrick (The Elephant Man) who died in 1890 - I never played a real person.
"So massive responsibility that I never had to grapple with before. Sienna (Miller) had, had to that. I found that it was a reservoir of energy that I never found before because of that obligation. But I loved it ."
He added: "When it's not just your imagination that you actually have all of this source material to bounce off of and to soak up and digest, I absolutely loved it."
American Sniper hits UK cinemas this Friday, January 16.
