MTV's Brand New For 2012 Voting Is Now Open!

We're delighted to officially open our annual viewer-led search for the very best in new music - MTV's Brand New For 2012!

Over the past few weeks our resident music experts have scoured the globe to identify the very best in upcoming talent.

We've whittled the list down to the cream of the cop and now it's your chance to vote for your favourite and crown one lucky act the supreme MTV Brand New For 2012 winner!

In the last four years MTV Brand New has identified international stars such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber & Ke$ha, as well as the cream of UK talent including Tinie Tempah, Wretch 32 and Jessie J.

This year's list features a diverse range of upcoming acts, from across the whole spectrum of musical genres, all of whom we're convinced are destined for big things in 2012.

For the first time ever, this year's tenth nominee spot is filled by a UK unsigned artist. We asked acts from around the country to submit their best track to us and our esteemed panel of music professionals selected the incredible Context to join the coveted MTV Brand New For 2012 list.
