She's done it! Anne-Marie has been crowned MTV's Brand New For 2016 winner presented by Emporio Armani Diamonds.

Following a fierce two months of voting and over 485,000 votes in total cast, the 'Do It Right' babe whoscored over 204,000 of the votes alone,now joins the likes of Justin Bieber, Krept & Konan and The Vamps as a MTV Brand New title holder.

On winning this year's competition the Karate-kicking singer, who even got her grandparents involved in the voting,said:"I'm speechless! I am so happy to have won MTV Brand New with Emporio Armani Diamonds! I've had all of my friends and family voting so sending a huge thank you to everyone who did!

"It was a dream come true to perform ahead of Craig David last week, he's absolutely amazing and what a show with all of the classics. Thank you so much MTV, this is incredible!"

A special mention goes out to RAT BOY and his fanswho came in a close second as well as all of this year's other nominees Blossoms, Bonkaz, Jack Garratt, Nimmo, Rationale, SG Lewis, Sigala and WSTRN.
