Pixar's newest animated feature filmBrave has gone straight to the top of the UK cinema box office chart.
The 3D movie, about a princess - voiced by Kelly Macdonald - growing up in Scotland took £5.2m over the weekend - while its nearest rival The Bourne Legacy took £4.6m.

Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises rounded out the top five with £1.7m box office takings.
