Bryan Quits Westlife
Westlife confirmed they were now a four-piece at a press conference in Dublin today, March 9, after Bryan McFadden quit to spend more time with his family.
"In the tradition of all great groups - Westlife are now a four piece," a spokesperson said, before adding, "Westlife are here to stay."
Speculation is rife that Bryan will team up with wife Kerry to capitalise on her recent win on 'I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here'. According to reports, Simon Cowell has already approached the pair with plans for TV work.
Bryan's new PR advisor, Max Clifford, said he would be sifting through music and TV offers with the couple in the coming weeks. "They are looking at projects together but it has to fit in with their family commitment. Both of them feel the same way."
Bryan has dabbled in songwriting of late, co-writing the Irish entry for this year's Eurovision Song Contest, which will be performed by Chris Doran, and penning a track on Girls Aloud's debut album.
