Former Dannii Minogue is set to take on a new judging role after signing for Sky Living's Simon Cowell, who is reportedly planning a big X Factor shake-up, and is [uuid=ca16abd2-72c8-4c8e-a7a2-e0c6cd7f165c]keen to have Dannii back on the show[/uuid].

Earlier this year, the Aussie star is thought to have [uuid=186bac12-3271-4a3a-8d26-ffee9ddf81ac]refused a £1 million offer[/uuid] from SiCo to replace Kelly Rowland - and her latest TV job rules her out of a return to the ITV1 talent show.

An insider told the paper: "This is two fingers up to Cowell. She is definitely not going back to The X Factor and can't wait to get working on Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model."

Talking about her new job last night, Dannii said: "I'm ready for the Top Model search and it's great to be returning to UK TV.
