BGT Salsa Dancing Gran Previously Won Spanish Show
The dancer is no stranger to talent shows...
The salsa-dancing 79-year-old granny featured on Saturday's episode of Britain's Got Talent has won a Spanish talent show in the past.
Paddy Jones performed for SiCo and his panel on the series premiere last weekend, impressing the crowd with her salsa moves.
But it's been revealed that Jones had previously won a talent contest in Spain.
In 2009, she won 10,000 euros (£9,055) on Tu Si Que Vales (You Are Worth It) with her energetic salsa dancing.
She explained that she began dancing several years ago after moving to Spain from Britain.
The retired British shop owner and her dance partner Nico Espinosa are now competing for the grand prize on BGT.
The dancing duo were met with scepticism from returning judge Simon Cowell, whereas Amanda Holden backed the pair as her favourites to win the series.
