BGT's Asanda Jezile For Disney Movie Role?
Britain's Got Talentstar Asanda Jezile is reported to have been asked to audition for the lead role in a new Disney movie.
The Sun reports that the 11-year-old is being considered for the role of Little Red Riding Hood in a forthcoming movie adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods.
She is claimed to have auditioned for the role on Friday - and to have already been told that she is in contention.
Rob Marshall, the director of Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, is reported to have seen her perform on BGT and made an approach.
A source told the paper: "Asanda has definite star quality and Rob spotted that straight away. He thinks she might be exactly what they are looking for.
"If she manages to get the part it will be a huge break for her."
The Tony-award winning stage musical features several iconic fairytale characters - including Cinderella and Jack (of Beanstalk fame).
