Britney Heading Back To Court
Spears due to face more driving charges
Britney Spears is due to head back to court once more next month to face charges of driving without a valid licence.
The trial, which begins on October 15, relates to an incident back in August 2007 when Britters scraped a parked car in California's San Fernando Valley.
As a result she was slapped with a hit-and-run charge, but this was dropped when Spears offered a personal apology and $1,000 in compensation to the other vehicle's owner, Kim Robard-Rifkin.
Unfortunately at the time Britney was only in possession of a driving licence from her native Louisiana " which isnt valid in California, although she has now obtained a California licence.
The trial was originally set to take place back in January of this year but was postponed due to Britneys various health issues, which her attorneys argued made her unfit to stand trial at the time.
