Britney Loses Kids
Britney Spears has lost custody of her two kids after a judge ruled shes unfit to look after them.
An LA court handed Kevin Federline both two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James- who is one, until further notice.
The judge said Brits ex-husband should: retain physical custody of the minor children until further order of the court.
US gossip site 'TMZ' reports that Spears ignored all of the conditions set by the court last month.
She was ordered to meet a drugs counsellor and take parenting classes its claimed she did not. The star also drove her kids around without a full driving license.
Spears has had a dramatic few months with her VMA performance widely criticised. She was dropped by her management and her lawyer soon after.
A former bodyguard also claimed the Gimme More singer was out of control and a frequent drug-user.
