Britney has emerged from her divorce drama a glowing new woman but things seem to be going from bad to worse for Kevin Federline.

Brit reportedly drove the final nail into the coffin of her marriage with K-Fed by sending him a text while he was shooting an episode of Canadian reality show 'Exposed'. Pap shots have since circulated of Fed looking at his phone in despair as he read the text.

And now it emerges that the wannabe rapper has more reason to weep - in its first week of release in the US, his album 'Playing With Fire' sold just over 6000 copies and debuted on the Billboard charts at No 151. And it doesn't end there - tickets for his first round of gigs are literally being given away.

The former dancer played a gig in Chicago last night (November 8) to a lack lustre audience (most of whom had got their tickets at rock-bottom prices) and referred briefly to the split with his wife with a: "Guess who's about to be a free man?"

Meanwhile, Britney seems to be having a whale of a time.

She was papped out on the town in New York last night enjoying dinner and a whirl around a skating rink with TWO different blokes.

For dinner, she sported her sleek new bob, slimline frame and two huge bazookas in a low-cut mini dress.

A source close to the star said, "Now's her chance to reinvent herself. She's going to come back as a foxy, single girl again."

In this instance, Britney's dates were platonic - with her minder and ex-manager Larry Rudolph, so Kev needn't worry she's moved on too quickly.

Still, at this rate we don't reckon it'll be long till Brit has men falling at her feet again...
