Britney Spears has suffered a Twitter attack after hackers got into her account and sent fake messages.

One announced the star’s death saying: “Britney has passed today. It is a sad day for everyone. More news to come.”
After the fake tweet the rumour quickly spread across the internet.
But Spears is definitely still alive. A Tweet soon after said: “Britney’s Twitter was just hacked. The last message is obviously not true. She is fine and dandy spending a quiet day at home relaxing.”
Britney recently completed UK tour dates in London and Manchester and heads back to the US this Autumn for more live shows.
