Britney Spears Is The First Performer To Be Announced For The 2016 MTV VMA
We're so excited to see the princess of pop return to the VMA's stage for the first time in 10 years...
International pop icon Britney Spears is the first performer to be announced for this year’s MTV VMA and we can’t contain our excitement.
She will be performing live from New York's iconic Madison Square Garden on Sunday 28th August.
In an epic clip posted by Britney on her social media channels we see the infamous python slithering around remnants of her past VMA performances. We’re literally getting goosebumps just telling you about it.
The pop princess will be returning to the VMA’s stage for the first time in 10 years to perform her new single ‘Glory’ with rising star G-Eazy.
With 28 nominations and 5 wins, Britney has been a mainstay at the VMA with some of the most memorable and talked about moments in their history. Some of which include her python-clad performance of ‘Slave 4 U’ and her steamy lip lock with Madonnna, to name just a few.
We're so excited to see what she has in store for the VMA, after all, it is Britney... bitch.
