Britney Teases Video For 'Perfume'
Full vid scheduled for release next week...
Britney Spears has released a sneak peak of her upcoming video for Perfume.
The fragrant singer – who was one of the first celebrities to release her own perfume back in 2004 – tweeted: “’Perfume’ video, next week on Vevo” along with a link to the teaser.
The 36-second preview shows clips of the video fading in and out of ink drops while lyrics from the song flash up on screen. In one scene, a wedding band is handed over while in another a sultry man leans against fence.
Brit Brit, meanwhile, looks like a replica of her 20-year old self, all gorgeous blonde hair and long lashes. Which makes sense, given that the vid was directed by Joseph Kahn, the man behind some of the most memorable Britney videos, including Toxic, Stronger and Womanizer.
Earlier in the week Britney opened up on Twitter about the meaning behind the perfume lyrics: “Perfume is really just about relationship insecurities & feeling insecure about the person you care for the most,” she explained.
