An LA court has ruled that Britney Spears estate should stay in the hands of her father Jamie for the next five months.

He has been in control of the singers assets since early February when she had a breakdown and was taken into a mental hospital.

Now a judge has ruled Mr Spears will have control of her estimated $100 Million estate.

Britney was recently given supervised access to her two sons but will not yet get access to her own cash!
